Versus Evil has confirmed to Eurogamer that The Banner Saga 2 will be releasing in Q1 2016, while the PS4 and Vita versions of the first game is having development wrapped up. However a release date for these editions is yet to be confirmed by either Versus Evil or Stoic. The Banner Saga 2 was originally announced near the end of 2014, with a late 2015 release expected for it.
A reason for The Banner Saga 2’s delay hasn’t been given. The game will be releasing on PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
