Oh cool, interested in this so a demo is most welcome.

Is the demo live?

Ah sorry just re-read article Christmas eve.

See that bit where it says “on Christmas Eve”? Read that. Might give you a hint. :)

Is it me, or does it not look remotely exciting at all?!
I’m gonna have to download it now to discover whether it’s a poor trailer or really is as boring as it looks.

Seems to make no difference watching it with sound either. I’ve seen people drive with more enthusiasm trying to get home before their Big Mac from the drive-through goes cold.

Often is the case with tarmac rally stages, they can look rather dull. I recorded an ace session on Germany in Dirt Rally only to play it back and see all the drama just wasn’t there. But it was there though, working the wheel and feeling the tension in high speed sections. Hopefully it will be the same in this game.

I’ll give the demo a whirl as I’m thinking a similar thing. Watching a replay/video trailer can be a totally different experience to when you’re doing the driving in-game. Sounds like they tried to liven it up with the music.

Must have confidence in this if the demo is out before release. Certainly give it a go!

Oh nice. It’ll be interesting to see how this shapes up against DiRT Rally.

Looking forward to this. It’s meant to be in the serious side in terms of the driving.
Plus, from memory, the first rally game ever to have every stage/corner be mapped just like the real roads.
