CCP Games has announced that you can now sign up to take part in EVE: Valkyrie’s alpha, though you’ll need an Oculus Rift DK2 headset to play. The alpha will open on January 18th and you can sign up through the official site if you’re interested. CCP has confirmed that players will be admitted into EVE: Valkyrie’s alpha in waves, and this admittance will begin before the test starts.
EVE: Valkyrie is a launch title for both the Oculus Rift VR, and the PSVR. The game is being bundled as a pre-order bonus for Oculus Rift, but no such deal has been confirmed in regards to Sony’s headset.

The alpha opens on my birthday, I wonder if anyone’s got me an Oculus Rift DK2 headset? Somehow I doubt it!
