Square Enix have been building up to a major reveal for Final Fantasy XV tonight, with the Uncovered: Final Fantasy XV show kicking off at 7PM PDT (3AM in the UK), but a lot of the key details they were set to unveil have leaked out ahead of time.
First Gematsu found some trailers and images early which let slip of a new demo for the game being made available tomorrow, then some poor soul at Gamespot posted a news video well ahead of time that featured Final Fantasy XV’s September 30th release date.
That video has since been pulled, but a screengrab featuring the date in the description was captured and posted on NeoGAF.
Of course, a date is just a date, and there will still be plenty of news about the actual game itself for FF fans to lap up. It’s just a shame that some of suspense has been dissipated.

Finally a release date. Better start saving I guess. It’s a shame the reveal was spoilt but square should of just stopped pussyfooting around with the exciting nonsense that was the release date.
