The Binding Of Isaac: Afterbirth DLC Launches May 10th For PS4 And Xbox One

Nicalis Inc will be releasing the Afterbirth DLC for The Binding Of Isaac May 10th on PS4 and Xbox One. A Wii U release is expected in the following months. The DLC originally released on PC in October 2015.  Afterbirth is a substantial addition to The Binding Of Isaac, adding over 100 hours of gameplay, more than a 1000 new rooms, and 120 more items to use.


Afterbirth expands the main game by added a new area and new boss to compete with, as well as a Greed mode. Greed will reward players who take risks but the tasks won’t be easy. There will be daily runs and four new alternate chapters. Lilith, the mother of demons, will be a playable character too. Nicalis has given a price of $10.99. On Steam Afterbirth currently costs £7.99.

  1. I’ve been spending quite a lot of time getting back into Isaac recently. Such a peculiar, addicting game.

  2. I’ve probably spent more time playing Binding of Isaac than any other PS+ game, ever. So it seems only fair that i should pick up the expansion.

    • Agreed, I’ve put well over 300 hours into Rebirth. I’ve been eagerly awaiting this since they announced it, I just hope we get it the same day as the US.
