Psyonix have revealed a new map for Rocket League that will go live this June. Available in the Rocket Labs playlist for both Online and offline Exhibition play the map is a nod towards virtual reality and has two massive walls in the middle of the pitch.
“These pillars separate the arena into three lanes, with the goals on each side lining up the center lane,” say Psyonix. “Banking shots off the tall columns in the middle of the arena makes for some incredible moments and driving up the walls and flying down on the competition feels just right.”
Whilst the new map is lovely I would really like to see some new features added to the pitch, some pinball-style hit pads would be great fun.
