If you had forgotton about ELEX then you’re not the only one, I had to search TSA for it, and it turns out the game was announced eleven months ago by Nordic Games and Piranha Bytes.  It’s an open world action RPG set in a post apocalyptic science fantasy universe, so it’s a bit Witcher-y and a bit Fallout-y at the same time.
The video is from the pre-alpha version and gives a glimpse of the some the landscapes, with the full game out on PS4, Xbox One and PC, sometime next year.
