Despite its sprawling vistas and epic quest lines, The Witcher 3 garnered just as much interest with Gwent – its fantasy collectable card game. Naturally, players have been pining for standalone version and that’s exactly what they’re going to get.
Damien Monnier, lead designer at CD Projekt Red, confirmed that Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is coming to PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. With a strong focus on multiplayer, it will also be free-to-play (presumably with micro-transactions.)
