Gameplay Footage For EVE: Valkyrie’s Carrier Assault Mode Released

EVE: Valkyrie is already available on Oculus Rift and will be making its way to PSVR and HTC Vive soon. Today a trailer was uploaded on the PlayStation channel showing the Carrier Assault mode, in which players must work together to destroy a Carrier ship. The footage shows a team going against an opposing force and working their way towards the target, and in the end destroying it.

As you can see in the video that carrier is undone by a conveniently placed trench that leads right to a vital part of the ship design. At least the gameplay looks cool.

  1. I can’t believe they are still building gigantic space ships with easy access to the core so a single fighter can take them down. Have they learned nothing in the near 40 years since the Death Star destruction in Star Wars: A New Hope!

    Looks good though.

  2. This and the Battlefront Star Wars missions have me very excited for PSVR space combat!
