Battlefield 1’s step back to the start of the 20th century made for a refreshing change of pace in a genre that has trended towards the modern day and the distant future for the last decade. Millions of people have bought the game, and that game is about to get just that little bit bigger in the next couple of weeks.
Out on 13th December for Premium Pass owners or 20th December for all BF1 players, Giant’s Shadow adds a new map to the game, as well as a smattering of new weapons. Hands up if you want to try out the grenade launching crossbow.
