Ubisoft has given some new details regarding The Division’s third expansion, Last Stand, with one of the main features being access to Dark Zones 7, 8, and 9. The Last Stand features a game mode of the same name where players fight to capture or defend tactical terminals which are situated in the zones. There are two sides in this battle with each having eight players, with both sides being split further into teams of four. Rogue agents will fight to capture terminal points while it will be the mission of JTF agents to push back and defend.
Last Stand will also include a new PvE incursion though details are to be confirmed for what that will entail. The three new Dark Zone areas of Last Stand will be the toughest and most desolate so far, with enemies that are much tougher than before. Along with Last Stand there will be update 1.6 which will expand the map, add new Contamination events, a Legendary mode, and exotic weapons.
