NetherRealm has confirmed the next addition to the Injustice 2 franchise with Black Canary coming in as a new addition to the roster. In the gameplay footage below you can see her going up against Blue Beetle and Deadshot. Black Canary is considered one of the best martial artists in the DC universe so she should be able to go toe to toe with the bigger characters quite well. Of course she also has her screech that can disorientate her opponents.
Injustice 2 will be releasing this May for PS4 and Xbox One.

Nice! Looks like they’ve nailed the style of Black Canary and I’m glad they went with more of a Justice League look rather than the Arrow version of which I’m not a big fan.
Looking forward to seeing how Poison Ivy plays next.
