Baja Edge Of Control HD Announced For PS4 And Xbox One

THQ Nordic has announced that it is remastering the 2008 off road racer Baja Edge Of Control for PS4 and Xbox One, with the game expected to release later this year. The remaster will have the HD moniker added to it with this representing the work that has been put into the project to bring Baja up to scratch for the current gen consoles. Baja Edge Of Control HD will support up to 4K resolution and the game itself includes better textures, improved framerates, better rendering on lighting and shadows, as well as improved controls.

Baja Edge Of Control HD will feature local four player multiplayer as well as online, over 100 tracks across nine different regions, and around 1000 miles of terrain to drive through using a vehicle from one of eight class types including 4x4s and buggies. Players will have to look after vehicles, which can be upgraded, as they will take damage due to the harsh terrain.

  1. If this is anything like THQ Nordic’s MX Vs ATV Supercross Encore Edition then it has all the feature for the box, but drives like utter poo. Seriously. The outdoor races in Nx vs ATC are undrivable. Still, this is a different game, so it may be okay. Better be cheap.
