Atlus has confirmed that those in Europe who wish to play the Vita title The Caligula Effect will have to wait a while longer until it is officially released here. The game was made available in North America last week, while the Japanese release occurred last year. Atlus declined to comment on what the cause of the delay was and when the game can be expected on the EU PS Store. Usually these delays are down to the certification process.
If you do want the game now you could always try and get it off the American store, or wait until Atlus confirms a new release date.
Update: Well this is confusing since it is showing on the EU Store for £32.99. Will it stay? Who knows? Ta kjkg.
Update The Second: What a load of hoopla over nothing. A statement from Atlus is below.
“We sent out an announcement yesterday about The Caligula Effect being delayed in the EU, but this is no longer the case! It’s time to join the Go-Home Club and escape from a virtual hell because the game is now available digitally in Europe on PlayStation®Vita for €39.99/£32.99.”

Let’s me add to basket and take further. Not interested in the game to see if I can go one further and purchase.

OK now it has been removed from the “latest games” entirely but I can still find it by searching. It has a 1 star rating from one review so far. Impressive.

Not been a good month for Atlus what with this and Persona blocking scenes.
