Life is Strange is like Blade Runner – we didn’t want a second story, but we’re getting one anyway. Thankfully Deck Nine seem to be respecting the source material and even though original Chloe, Ashly Burch, could not return to voice the character due union action, she is on-board as a story consultant. Chloe is now played by the actor who was used for the motion capture in the first game, Rhianna DeVries.

Didn’t we explore Chloe’s past anyway in the first game?
The only way Chloe can have an interesting adventure worthy of a game in its own right seems to me to be if she doesn’t remember it at the end of the game. She was certainly sceptical of Max’s powers in the original game, and never hinted at anything similar happening to her.
