Gwent: Thronebreaker Brings A Single Player Campaign To The Card Game

CD Projekt RED has announced a new addition to Gwent: The Witcher Card Game in the form of a single player story campaign called Thronebreaker. The plot of Thronebreaker centres around Meve, a war veteran Queen of two Northern Realms. In this story she is forced to go to war in an attempt to get revenge on her enemies.

Gwent: Thronebreaker will be released later this year for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

  1. Will it include trophies? I’ve not bothered with Gwent on ps4 because ludicrously it doesn’t include psn trophies.

    • Is it even fully released yet? Ive been in the (closed?) beta, but havent heard or seen anything about a release since then…

      • Dunno, but it’s been out a while now. Can we just release games and call them betas to circumvent the need to include a trophy list?

        Surely beta tests should only last a few days to test your software, server load etc? Anything beyond that surely goes beyond behind a test?

        Anyway, call me dumb, I can understand the other viewpoint, but if it don’t have trophies, I ain’t playing it.
