Generally American Football games are pretty standard in the modern era, with Madden being the main version. The only other semi big name in the arena is Blood Bowl, which has teams of various creatures like zombies. Now another game in a similar vein in terms of that theme is heading to PS4 and Xbox One, and this one is called Mutant Football League.
The game originally released on PC at Halloween, and it has received a number of positive reviews.
Mutant Football League offers an arcade style sports game, where players can win by either scoring touchdowns or killing the opposing team through things like traps on the field. Each team also has dirty tricks like becoming ginormous to crush opposing players. Mutant Football League will feature both local and online multiplayer.

Makes me wonder why EA doesn’t just re-skin the Madden games add a few mods and charge for a fantasy/horror/sci-fi/whatever they come up with game.
