Rune: Ragnarok Gets A Pre-Alpha Trailer

Human Head Studios have announced Rune: Ragnarok with a pre-alpha trailer featuring vikings, dragons, and quite a lot of blood. The game is described as a sandbox open-world RPG “set in a dangerous Norse universe where gods, beasts, and the last remaining humans struggle to survive.”

It will include co-op PvE and PvP modes, but no formats or release date have been given. And yes, it looks a lot like Skyrim: The Next Generation.

  1. Off topic but whatever happened to that Viking game they announced a few years ago.

There was a trailer for it and I think you took control of a creature that was being hunted by Vikings. Trailer was quite interesting but very early days.

I realise that is hardly any info to work off of but hoping someone remembers and knows its fate.

    • Vikings: Wolves Of Midgard? It came out last year, was a bit rubbish.

      • Had a google and nope, not it.

Then two hits down, Project Wight appeared.

So cheers for being wrong, it actually helped. No information on it however.

      • I am currently playing Vikings and it ain’t rubbish…. but it could’ve done so much more yeah lol.
        Trophies are bugged though :(
You control the troll to kill Soldiers but that was just only for 2mins in that game :(

  2. Have to agree with Crazy_del we had many hours of fun on Vikings but unfortunately the platinum is proving difficult due to buggy trophies. Plus wish there was more unique armor to find and different enemies to slay! In a whole I thought it was quite good but it had the potential to be so much better.
