There’s almost too much stuff going on with the Total War franchise of late, and A Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia is just one of several parallel projects that Creative Assembly are working on. It’s also one of the most interesting, as it puts the microscope on a tumultuous period of British history.
A new cinematic trailer has been released today – it should really have been yesterday for St. David’s Day – featuring King Anaraut of the Welsh Gwined faction.
Following in his father’s footsteps, Rhodri the Great, the weight of his lineage pushes him to fight for a larger kingdom for his people, seeking to span the Welsh peninsula and establish his own legacy. Playing as him, you can seek to do the same by achieving Fame Victory Conditions, which see you seeking economic development, technological breakthroughs, victories in war and following event chains through the campaign.
