It looks like Geralt of Rivia’s story isn’t quite over, despite CD Projekt Red wrapping The Witcher series up with a boy after the DLC to the third game. No, Geralt is going to appear in a game this year, and it won’t be a The Witcher game.
What if Geralt was going to step out of the @witchergame for the very first time to make an appearance in one of the upcoming games later this year? pic.twitter.com/dMTn1Im6HD

What game is it going to be, though? I mean, Sea of Thieves doesn’t really fit, and as sure as I am that people would love to see Geralt going toe to toe with Kratos in God of War, or have him as a renegade lawman in Red Dead Redemption 2, those don’t make much sense either. No, it’s going to be a game that’s actually known for having cameos from other series and fiction.
So it’s going to be Soul Calibur VI, isn’t it?
Speaking of which, this is a pretty good opportunity to plug our hands on preview with the latest entry in this, the stabbiest of fighting games.
