Almost a year ago Telltale Games finally confirmed that the much anticipated second season of The Wolf Among Us was in development and that it would release this year. However, things change and now Telltale has stated that The Wolf Among Us Season Two will not be arriving until 2019. One of the main reasons given for the delay is the fact that the studio has undergone a “few fundamental changes.”
One of the changes is that Telltale is exploring different approaches to its storytelling, with the upcoming second season of The Wolf Among Us being one such title that will be ushering in these narrative experiments. What those changes are haven’t been expanded upon in the announcement, but we’ll likely learn of those closer to the release date in 2019.
