Train Sim World Launches On Consoles And PC Next Month

Well I don’t know about you but I am having the best day ever! First we get a trailer for Bus Simulator 18 and now we have news of a release date for Train Sim World which is coming to PC and consoles! Yes!

“Go to work as an engineer on one of America’s most famous railroads, driving Amtrak passenger and CSX freight trains on the world-famous Northeast Corridor in New York City,” say Dovetail Games. “With impatient passengers to transport on-time and freight to deliver, your skill, focus and endurance will be tested to the limit!”

  2. I’ve got the previous version on pc, which is pretty good, but didn’t upgrade to TWS as I don’t have the time to play it. It did look a lot better though.

    Would all the third party add-ons be available for consoles? That’s what I would need answering before buying it for PS4.

    • TSW doesn’t have any 3rd party support yet, but the game really needs it as it’s very short on content. DTG has gone with quality over quantity (and the trains are great), but after just a couple of hours you’ll have done every scenario from each DLC (which aren’t cheap).

      • I’m glad I stuck with the previous one.
