Sir Patrick Stewart Is Narrating Side-Scrolling Puzzler My Memory Of Us

Fresh from the hype of announcing his return to the role of Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek, Sir Patrick Stewart is also dipping a toe back into the realms of video game voice acting – watch out Nolan! He’s lending his voice to My Memory of Us, set for release on 9th October for PS4, Xbox and PC, with a Switch release to follow.

The side-scrolling puzzler follows a young boy and girl who are childhood friends split apart by war and persecution. The story is based off pre-Second World War Warsaw, and the inspiration is clear to see as robotic invaders divide the country.

Sir Patrick Stewart’s had a few voice acting roles in video games from reprising his role as Charles Xavier for film spin-offs, a bunch of Star Trek games, narrating The War of the Worlds, and perhaps most famously appearing in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. No doubt he’ll be lending My Memory of Us the kinds of weight and emotional impact that he’s so well known for.
