Henry Cavill Will Play Geralt Of Rivia In The Witcher Series For Netflix

Beardy super-hunk and occasional Superman, Henry Cavill, will play the slightly greyer beardy super-hunk Geralt Of Rivia in the upcoming TV series for Netflix. The series will be based on the books rather than the games and has Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, who has previously produced The Defenders and Daredevil for Netflix, as showrunner.

The tweet also revealed the series will run for eight episodes.
