Epic Games and Warner Bros Interactive have announced that Fortnite Battle Royale, the free to play phenomenon, will be getting a physical release on November 16th for PS4, Xbox One, and Switch. This release goes by the name of the Fortnite: Deep Freeze Bundle, and it will include the following:

  • Frostbite Outfit

  • Chill Axe Pickaxe
  • Freezing Point Back Bling
  • 1000 V Bucks
  • Obviously access to Battle Royale too.

If you want to get this package it’ll cost £24.99. It will not give direct access to Fortnite’s Save The World PvE mode, which is expected to go free to play at some point this year according to Epic Games.

  1. So 1000 V bucks is around £8 this makes £25 seems like a bargain. I know the other stuff costs Vbucks/real money as well but it’s not essential to play the game. I know some completionists will lap it up though.

If it’s free anyway and you need an internet connection why oh why oh why would you even bother buying a physical copy.
