New track – Tokyo Expressway South Route

A new ‘South Route’ layout has been added to the Tokyo Expressway street course, which is based on the Shuto Expressway of Tokyo. With a home straight lining up next to the high-speed railway and a series of mid to high-speed S curves, this track has a very different character to the Central and East routes – sure to put experienced drivers through their paces. In addition to the Outer Loop layout, there’s also an Inner Loop layout that passes through a scenically gritty shipping terminal, with some tough hairpins and chicanes.

  1. Looking forward to trying these wheels and tracks out this coming Monday online.

  2. Really wish they added full PSVR for this game. I’m enjoying going through Driveclub and Dirt Rally which I have bought recently.
I have had GT Sport since last Christmas when it come as part of the PSVR package my wife got me. This with full PSVR compatibility I think would be my most played driving game.

    • My favourite game in VR is Dirt Rally closely followed by Wipeout VR. The VR mode in GT Sport is very good but I wish there was more to it.

      • Wipeout VR is another I bought recently such a great game. I accidentally opened up my Christmas present from my wife when it was delivered the other day and seen it was a steering wheel. Looking forward to using it this Christmas with all these car games I have got lately.
Such a shame GT Sport doesn’t have more such a great looking game in VR.
