Grasshopper Manufacture seem to know what it takes to create a cult video game, having created a lot of cult video games. Killer 7 was the weirdest – and best – on rails shooter I have ever played, Shadows of the Damned was Resident Evil 4 on LSD and Lollipop Chainsaw featured a talking head before the idea was even a twinkle in Cory Barlog’s eye. Without doubt though, one of their most successful ventures has been the long running No More Heroes franchise. With its gore, toilet humour and sexual themes it has always been an unusual fit for Nintendo, yet it is there that the series has found its home.
That looks to continue with Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, which is heading to Nintendo Switch this January. In a deviation from the standard third-person single player formula, Travis Strikes Again is played from a top-down perspective, features co-op throughout and has a definite Smash TV feel about it.

Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes launches on January 18th, 2019 for Nintendo Switch.
