In these dark and troubled times it is nice to have a bit of light-hearted news to report, especially when it involves cuddly canine companions. So, there is a Twitter account that exists for one purpose and one purpose only, to report on whether or not you can pet dogs within games.
It is, cunningly, called @CanYouPetTheDog.
Back in March they checked out Enter the Gungeon and sadly had to conclude that you could not pet the dog in the game. This was noticed by Dave Crooks, Game Designer at Dodge Roll Games, who simply tweeted “Hold my beer.”
Fast forward to this month and Enter the Gungeon has been updated and…
