During EVO 2019 Bandai Namco revealed the next character that will be heading to Dragon Ball FighterZ as part of the game’s season pass. This fighter turned out to be the ultimate incarnation of evil Janemba, and he’ll be available from August 8th for those who own the Dragon Ball FighterZ season pass. Those who have seen the movie Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn will recognise Janemba as the big bad from that story. The character has appeared in a number Dragon Ball Z games too including Xenoverse 2. A trailer that shows Janemba’s abilities has been released and you can check out how he fares against the other characters below.
Dragon Ball FighterZ was released in early 2018 and in its review Dave wrote, “2018 is off to a strong start with Dragon Ball FighterZ an early contender for this year’s best fighting game.  By shattering some boundaries, Dragon Ball FighterZ has combat that’s more than worth getting into, but also a diverse roster and some phenomenal presentation. The Story Mode could have been improved if it were more streamlined, but it’s a mere blemish on an otherwise spectacular game.”
