Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer showcased in over 20 minutes of 4K gameplay

Infinity Ward has released 24 minutes of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s multiplayer showcasing five matches across five maps, and you can watch it all in 4K, captured on PS4 Pro. The modes included are Headquarters on the Azhir Cave map, Domination on the Gun Runner map, then we move to Team Deathmatch back on the Azhir Cave map but the night variant so you’ll see the night vision goggles in use. If you really want to immerse yourself you can get the special Dark Edition that comes with night vision goggles included. On from this nighttime kill fest the footage then goes to Aniyah Palace where another Domination match takes place. The final stop on this bloody tour is Grazna Raid where a final Headquarters match takes place.

If you’ve got 24 minutes to spare you can check out the full lot below.

We all know that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will support cross platform multiplayer, and recently there was confirmation that this would involve the game taking into account which input you were using. This means that people using control pads shouldn’t be matched with those using a keyboard and mouse. Infinity Ward has also confirmed you won’t be able to swap your input of choice partway through matches to avoid any bait and switching out there. A beta for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be taking place in September with those pre-ordering on PS4 getting a first look from September 12th -13th, followed by an open beta on PS4 that will last until September 16th. On the 19th and 20th pre-orderers on Xbox One and PC will be able to go against PS4 players in a cross-platform beta, then on September 21st to 23rd everyone on these platforms can take part.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be released on October 25th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
