Bandai Namco has confirmed that the demo for Code Vein, the anime kind of styled Soulsborne title, is now availiable to download on PS4 and Xbox One. On both of the systems, the demo download file comes in at just under 9GB. The demo itself will give players the chance to play around with the character creation tool to make their Revenant, go through an early part of the story campaign and try out a bit of The Depths dungeon challenge which will provide some tough enemies.
As promised here are the download links:
Back in May Jason had a go with Code Vein during a preview event. He wrote:
Overall my time with Code Vein left me hungry for more. Once I got home, I found myself a little irked that I couldn’t play it, which is always a good sign. The ridiculous weeaboo storyline and character design will fit the tastes of plenty of people, so it’s all about the game itself at this point. Hopefully, we get to hear more about the game – especially the co-op aspects – soon, but in the meantime, you’ll just have to hope this little preview satiates your hunger.
Code Vein will be released on September 27th for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
