Sony’s Tokyo Game Show line up revealed, includes Ghost of Tsushima and Death Stranding

The full line up of PlayStation games that will be shown at the Tokyo Game Show 2019 has been announced and there are some big names although many of the titles will only be present in trailer form.

As you might expect there are a lot of games from Japan on the list including Genshin Impact, Monkey King: Hero is Back , and One-Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows, along with the big release from the West such as Borderlands 3 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

We’ve not seen much of Ghost of Tsushima, in fact the last time it got a full trailer was E3 2018 so hopefully that will be a new video. The game has no release date so there are question marks over what platform the game will launch on, could it be a PlayStation 5 title?

Visitors to the show, which runs from September 12 to 15 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, will be able to play Concrete Genie, Final Fantasy VII Remake, and MediEvil  so we’re a little bit jealous. Amazingly, a PlayStation Vita game will also be on show, the questionably named “Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? Infinite Combate”

Death Stranding is also listed as being at the show in trailer form and will also be be part of the PlayStation Presents Live Show which will be live streamed on YouTube and Twitch, so there’s a good chance we will get a new video for Hideo Kojima’s latest epic.

  1. Genshin Impact and Monkey King: Hero is Back are both Chinese developed games aren’t they?

  2. “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Orrder (EA) – Trailer”, featuring John Bercow?
