EA has confirmed a brand new update for Star Wars Battlefront 2 and it will be bringing new outfits for Luke Skywalker and Han Solo. These appearances will be based on the celebration ceremony from Star Wars: A New Hope with Luke getting a yellow jacket. Luke’s appearance will be available via an in-game event while Han’s appearance will be an Epic item and will be unlockable by purchasing it through 40,000 credits or 1,000 crystals. If you miss the event to get Luke’s Yavin outfit you’ll be able to purchase it afterwards for the same price as Han’s.
In addition to the new appearances, the co-op mode will be expanded with the defend aspect rolling out to the following planets:
- Kamino: Republic Defend
- Geonosis: Separatist Defend
- Naboo: Republic Defend
- Kashyyyk: Republic Defend
- Felucia: Separatist Defend
All of these updates will be released on October 23rd alongside the Another Night on Endor update.
