With no big releases until the new year it’s games from the past few months fighting it out to be Christmas number one, but before that we have this week’s chart which sees a reshuffle at the top and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare jumping ahead of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
However, it was a close thing with just 3,000 sales between the two, and Star Wars may benefit from the release of the new movie this Friday and beat CoD to the coveted festive number one. Mario and Luigi are holding firm in fourth and firth place and annual pop bop game, Just Dance, is doing really well and has sold more than double the amount of units compared to last year.
Finally, Tekken 7 and Project Cars 2 pop back in to the top ten as they were included in an Xbox bundle. Here is the UKIE/GfK Top Ten for the week ending December 14th:
