Wales Interactive has been one of the companies that has been putting a lot of effort into FMV titles over the last few years. Today it revealed the latest FMV title which is a sci-fi thriller called The Complex. In The Complex players control the decisions of Dr Amy Tenant who is dealing with some kind of outbreak in the UK. She isn’t allowed to leave the laboratory complex she’s in, and her aim is to find out exactly what is going on.
In The Complex everything the player does is tracked from actions taken to how they interact with other characters. This will lead to relationships either being strong or weakened thorough what is done and said, as well as shape Dr Tenant’s personality. The full features listed by Wales Interactive include:

+ Directed by Paul Raschid, and written by Lynn Renee Maxcy (The Handmaid’s Tale – TV Series).

+ Guest acting performance by live streamer and presenter, Leah Viathan.

+ Featuring a Pause Choices option for improved audience participation during live streams
The Complex will be released on March 31st for PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Switch.
