Behaviour Interactive has announced it will be hosting a 4th year anniversary stream for Dead By Daylight on May 26th, and it will be streamed on both Twitch and YouTube. The team will each be streaming from their homes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the stream will dive into the latest developments of Dead By Daylight along with information about what the next chapter will hold. Below is a statement released by Behaviour Interactive regarding the anniversary stream:
During these exceptional times, the Dead by Daylight team has worked hard to prepare a panel-based review of the past year and most notably of the year to come. Panelists will be presenting from their homes; giving fans and journalists alike the breakdown of the most recent developments within the game, what the ever active and thriving Dead by Daylight community has been up to and will end with the reveal of Chapter 16.
This new chapter will feature a classic license, one that has marked the world of horror since its inception. As with every new Chapter, it will feature a new map, a terrifying new killer and a mysterious survivor.
See you in the Fog.Â

When Jim reviewed Dead By Daylight back in 2017, he wrote:
With the multiplayer horror genre slowly coming to life, Dead by Daylight stakes its claim as one of the frontrunners. There are plenty of interesting ideas at play here, straddling the line between familiar online games and something completely unique. However, the patience required  to learn the game will be too much for some. It’s not a taxing game by any means, but the asynchronous flow and bold unusual will rub against common multiplayer mindset. There’s also the pricetag to consider. As we saw with Friday the 13th, players are effectively buying into an experimental breed of multiplayer game that has yet to produce its first stand-out winner.
You can read the full review here. Last month, Tome III “Escalation” was released for Dead By Daylight, and all the details for that are here.
