Strategy adventure game Song of Conquest is coming out in 2022, publisher Coffee Stain and developer Lavapotion have announced. The game will be available for PC across Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG. See the new gameplay trailer:
Clearly inspired by 90s classic series Heroes of Might and Magic – Lavapotion has rendered the world in a rather nice pixel art style – the game is a turn-based strategy game where you build up your kingdom, explore the world and battle rival factions. You play as the Wielders, powerful magicians that can unleash devastating spells. The game features a story-driven campaign where you collect fragments of songs about heroic exploits, the titular songs of conquest, perhaps?
