Dead By Daylight will join Epic Store’s free games list

The Epic Games Store has just announced its next two free titles, one of them being Dead By Daylight.

The massively popular asymmetric horror hit will be free to keep forever, as long as you log into your Epic account and add Dead By Daylight to your library. You’ll have to be quick – this freebie is only available between December 2nd and December 9th, 2021.

DBD will be joined by “while True: learn()” a game aimed at teaching players who to program:

while True: learn() is a puzzle/simulation game about even more puzzling stuff: machine learning, neural networks, big data and AI. But most importantly, it’s about understanding your cat.

In this game, you play as a coder who accidentally found out that their cat is extremely good at coding, but not as good at speaking human language. Now this coder (it’s you!) must learn all there is to know about machine learning and use visual programming to build a cat-to-human speech recognition system.

As is tradition, expect Epic to roll out some brilliant free games over the festive period. In the meantime, here’s the full list of titles that have been given away in 2021 so far.

Dead By Daylight recently unveiled its Chapter 22, introducing a new Killer and Survivor combo. In case you missed it, we recently re-reviewed the multiplayer horror hit, bumping up its original score:
