Ghostrunner Project Hel DLC revealed, out January

Ghostrunner Project Hel has been announced as the DLC that was teased last week as the Ultimate DLC. In this new DLC, players will be playing as Hel who is one of the bosses from the original campaign. The DLC was supposed to be a small addition but instead a whole extra campaign is here where players descend the tower as Hel, who has her own mission. Hel will play slightly differently too as she is more combat focused, and can take an extra hit over the main Ghostrunner character. There will be six levels in total with Project Hel.

Additionally, there will be some free DLC arriving on December 7th with a Christmas inspired cosmetic sword and glove bundle. This bundle will include Rudolph’s Run and Boon swords, Solstice katana, and the Nini Wonderland blade. These will all matching gloves to complete the outfit. In our Ghostrunner Review, Thomas wrote: “Ghostrunner answers the age old question of “What if the combat was actually good in Mirror’s Edge?” It perfectly pairs parkour style free-running with frantic, but precise combat to create movie-like action sequences. This is all backed up by a fun narrative that drives the gameplay forward at a blistering pace.”

Earlier this year, Ghostrunner 2 was confirmed for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Ghostrunner Project Hel will be released on January 27th, and it will be available on PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, and Amazon Luna. Ghostrunner Project Hell will be priced at £12.49. However, there is a chance to get a bit of early access as there is a private beta taking place to do some final testing for the content, and everyone who takes part will be listed in the game credits. You can sign up for a chance to be part of the beta here.
