F1 23 has a free to play weekend for the Las Vegas Grand Prix

EA is going all in for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, ramping up for what is sure to be one of the most over-the-top weekends of the F1 calendar. They’ll be hosting a livestream to start the weekend, they’ve got Charles Leclerc to do a track guide video, and they’re making F1 23 free to play through the Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend!

Out now across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, F1 23 will be free to play from 10:00pm UTC on 15th November through to 8:00pm UTC 20th November.

Through the week, the game will host a bunch of Las Vegas themed races, challenges and free content, including:

  • Lewis Hamilton Scenario – 14th to 20th November
  • Leclerc Pro Challenge – 14th to 20th November
  • #LasVegasGP Helmet & Gloves – Free Content – 16th November
  • #LasVegasGP Suit – Free Content – 17th November
  • #LasVegasGP Car Livery – Free Content – 18th November

EA’s special kick-off event at the HyperX Arena Las Vegas will look to celebrate the race weekend with a bunch of racing stars, sports journalists and other personalities. The stream will start at 1PM PT on 15th November, featuring Sibley Scholes and Michelle Beadle as hosts, esports commentator THOMB, Charles Leclers, Jamie Chadwick and a whole bunch of non-racing stars.
