If a game’s got multiplayer, it’s a pretty safe bet that it will have a beta test, and that’s especially true of a big name game like Doom. Announced ages and ages ago as a pre-order incentive for Wolfenstein: The New Order buyers, and now they’re finally getting a chance to get in on the frenetic, high paced multiplayer action, with the Doom closed beta set to start on March 31st and run until April 3rd.
The beta will run on all three platforms the game is coming to – PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC – and to see what’s what, head over to the handy FAQ for more info. Otherwise, you’ll just have to wait until the game is out on May 13th.
