Capcom has announced that its demo for Resident Evil 7, titled Beginning Hour, has been downloaded over two million times. The demo is currently exclusive to PS Plus users. Alongside that milestone the company also confirmed that Beginning Hour set a record in North America by being the most downloaded single player demo on PS4 within a week of release. While Beginning Hour isn’t part of the main release it is a teaser of what to expect, with Resident Evil 7 being more of a survival horror title than recent entries to the series.
