So is everyone set for this week’s epic battles when Team TSA takes on Capcom and Official Playstation Magazine? Yes? Houston, we have a problem! Capcom have neglected to include one small facility in to the multiplayer beta, something that occurred to me last night when I was having a warm up game. I assumed some sort of patch or hidden menu would pop up tonight. This is not the case.
As great as the multiplayer beta is, there is no way for you to pick which team you are going to be on. You can join a game, but which side you fight for is up to the demo. There is no way to separate OPSM, Capcom and TSA. The phrase “Whoops!” springs to mind.
All is not lost, instead of Capcom vs. TSA vs. OPSM it’s a free for all for the next week. I shall be online at 8pm tonight, TSA multiplayer team members please add me to your PSN friends list – I’m “Tuffcub”, cunningly enough. I’ve got some contacts for the OPSM guys so we’ll try and sort something out. Zuler’s team, add him to your PSN chums, he is the equally cunning “Zuler”.
We’re waiting to see if Capcom can arrange something in the future when we can all be on the right team, but for now it’s everyone vs. everyone. Have fun!
