Just imagine how bad the content of month 8, 9 and 10 will be…

Are you form the Daily Mail? Just asking as you seem to have mistakenly posted sensationalist crap with no facts to back up whatyou have written. I personally have none of the listed content.
If Sony gave away the shit PS3 content which no one bothered to buy you would complain about tha – who wants the shit stuff. They give away the good stuff and then people moan as they already have it – well duh didntthey think “Hmm I see on PS+ they give away loads of good stuff form he PSN store.. hmm i already have all the good stuff.. I’ll get it anway, I have money to burn”
tonyyeb
I agree. I have none of the content offered this month… in fact i’ve had none of the content offered since day one! I’m glad they are providing decent PSN stuff. Some of it I never would have bought but have enjoyed playing.
Bilbo_bobbins
I personally think its a bit of a rip. They do release alot of crap stuff, plus the release stuff people already would of bought along time ago. I know some people wouldn’t, but if it’s a good PSN game, most people will purchase when it’s released. Personally, I have none of the above, but still, it’s not enough for me to bother spending £40 on stuff i would never have bought…but thats just my opinion. Alot of people like the stuff they release for P+, good for them I say, it’s a great deal for them.

Oh crap sticks. I signed up only last week and got Ratchet and Clank. I have no interest in it really and would have taken 3 months free instead

I renewed yesterday – asshats :(

At least that’s no too bad. I signed up day one and was unable to DL the copy of LBP they were providing due to low HDD space. I can now no longer get it, even though it says the product is active on my system. PS support basically gave me the “You had X time in which to download it, you didn’t, so now we won’t offer it to you” – even though I had.
Ah well, at least all the freebies I’ve gotten from PS+ has made up for it. :-)

Personally I feel as a PSP owner only (at the present time, I mis my PS3 terribly) I feel a bit left out as PS+ seems aimed at only the console market and not the handheld market.
PS+ is something that attracts me and I will sign up for it when I get my new PS3 next year, by which time I hope it has more on offer than now.

Conversely, after selling my PSP (so I could buy Move) and so only being a PS3 owner I hope it doesn’t start substituting PS3 content for PSP (which will be useless to me) as would Home content
jayjay119
I hope they don’t do this either to be honest, I think sony need to strike a good balance between both their consoles that PSN caters for.
PoorPaddy89
Agreed. Otherwise it may as well be called PS3+. A free older PSP game a month and maybe a couple of themes or something would be nice.
HSKroeyer
Honestly I am glad I didn’t sign up. I really find most of the stuff on PS+ either to be totally crap or something I already own. I hope the future looks brighter and I’ll might sign up.

The issue people have been having this time round is that Octobers content has also been “amended”
aphex187
Got Critter and also Syphon which i loved back in the day untill i played it again last year and it totally destroyed my love for it!

November does look a little light for me having already got Critter Crunch, so my attention is grabbed by what is missing from the list. I am intrigued by the top secret and very very special elements.

my PSN+ expires today. i only signed up for 3 months so i could test the waters. ive had a very good run with it as ive not once been given something that i didnt already have. im not renewing it though because i dont like street fighter and i already have kula world. guess im gonna lose my wipeout and sam + max. oh well
kivi95
Don’t forget that with the new promotion you get 3 extra months when you sign up for a year.
stueeeee
I am tempted now because of the 3 extra months. Am debating whether to take the plunge. I suppose even if theres a lot of popular stuff that people already have, over 15 months your bound to find enough free stuff u don’t to make it worthwhile….
DrNate86
Hmm, this is tempting, I’ve always wanted Penny Arcade and 3 months free would be nice. I always have the free games though! This is probably the closest I will get to wanting it though, so maybe I will take the plunge.

It’s still not something that interests me.
I think 3 months is a fair enough time to provide people with good content and I just dont think Sony have done that.
I also think people don’t really want discounts or trials or any other gimmicks like this. They want real features like Sky Player, Cross Game chat, dual-account trophies etc….,
The only benefit I see in PS+ is the Auto-download feature.
djdustb
I’m happy with free stuff and discounts. I have subscribed for 12 months from the start, and although it is not mind blowing, I have got some good stuff. Sam & Max was something I wouldn’t have looked at previously but I love it now.
I don’t think we will see stuff like cross game chat, Sky Player and the like on this as it would mean users having different firmware versions and this would be too much hassle to maintain for Sony. We need to look at it for what it is, cheap/free games with some Beta access and trials thrown in.
BrendanCalls
I agree there’s definitely a market for the discounts and free stuff, you and many others are proof of that.
What I wish is that Sony had included more actual features that would entice a much wider audience than just the hardcore.
I have about 30 friends with a PS3, only me and, maybe, 1 other is aware of what PS+ is, thats partly a marketing thing but also caused by a lack of features that would appeal to a wider audience.
