Bizarrely, it appears that the Blu-ray version of Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty has been cancelled. For those of us on meagre bandwidth limits the disk version was the only way we’d be able to play the game, but that option has now been taken away, leaving only the download version for those wanting to sample the delights of bite-size platforming action.
Shame, as the box-art was cool, too.

You’re kidding! It’s been killing me waiting for the BD release when it was so tempting to just download it. I shall just have to download it tonight and my friends will have to buy their own copy….

That’s what I want to know. nofi is annoyingly quiet sometimes. I’m going to go and see if I can wake him.

Ah man, been waiting for ages for the BD, avoiding the ending surprise which has been hinted at.
Hope we’re still getting the Siren blu-ray.

With this happening, and WipEout HD as well… it just goes to show how increasingly important the PlayStation Network is becoming for big title releases.
