Well well well. Today is a fine day; the sun is shining, I recently polished off a smashing chocolate muffin and the news of today is filled with pro-gaming articles. Earlier we found out that playing action games can improve an aspect of adult vision, and it also appears that playing video games will help increase a child’s crucial visual-spatial skills.
In an article in the Metro, a study at the Michigan State University says that video games boost a child’s learning ability, by thinking in pictures an images – abilities that are considered the ‘training wheels’ for performance in science, technology, engineering and maths.
Fantastic isn’t it?
