We’ll be liveblogging (link soon) the Sony Press Conference in our own unique (and wildly humourous) style, but if you’re wanting to see E3 this year but would rather take advantage of the amazing British weather right now, here are some handy links on which sites are streaming the conferences over video, along with the times that the shows kick off.
Note that Microsoft’s is now starting 5 minutes earlier due to a special super secret mega announcement.
Monday June 1st, 2009
Microsoft: 6:25 PM BST
Electronic Arts: 10:00 PM BST
Tuesday June 2nd, 2009
Ubisoft: 1:00 AM BST
Nintendo: 5:00 PM BST
Sony: 7:00 PM BST
The Sony press conference will be shown in Home, too, although we don’t know whether this will be streamed live or recorded and thrown up later. Check the frankly gorgeous Pavillion Space within Home for more information.

IS G4TV.com in HD too? (It’s the official broardcaster)
I’m going to check out the HOME space – it looks great.
PS: IGN is definitely not HD unless your a subscriber.

Wow, getting a virtual ticket to E3 is pretty cheap and easy to get.

For the press conferences yes – For the actual exhibition there should be a virtual version built next year in Playstation HOME. (virtual booth babes, the lot)

Ubisoft should really be listed under Tuesday’s list since it’s 1am GMT

Thats the only one I’ll be able to watch live. Disappointed, although at least I’ll see some AC2 goodness.

Aren’t those times BST, not GMT?
MS’s is 10:25AM PDT, which is GMT-7, so 17:25 GMT. The UK is currently on BST, which is GMT+1. So MS’s is at 18:25 BST.
Edit: You learn a lot about timezones travelling and working between the UK and China.

It says GMT above, so all the times are shown as the same as in this post.

That thread’s got them wrongly labelled as GMT (at this moment) as well. Easy to forget that the UK is on BST not GMT. Wish they’d just choose one and stick with it all year.

THANK YOU for making this article. I spend ages looking for a live video stream every year and always end up with the worst one.
It’s things like these that make me love TSA.

Excellent. Looks like I’ll be able to see the Sony conference just before I jet off to America. I think it’s safe to say that it’s going to be big.
Microsoft’s super secret mega announcement? I think it’s Gears of Halo 3/4. Either that or it’s the Zune thingmy. Regardless, they HAVE to have something up their sleeves. Otherwise you’ll see a lot of gamer jumping ship and gravitating towards Sony’s awesomeness.
Dear god let’s hope they can’t afford headsets.

Can anyone tell me how long the conferences last, is it about an hour for each of the big 3?

Wow. Not a single stream for the MS conference seems to be working. They’re all being overloaded.

Yeah .. I was using this press conference to decide which one to use for SONY … my conclusion is that none of them are any good.

IGN and Gamespot are the only ones I can get working properly. Using IGN as the Gamespot coverage seems rubbish with poor quality in comparison.
