Lead & Gold Announced…Kind Of

Swedish developers, Fatshark have announced that they will be making an announcement at Gamescom next week. Wait come back there’s more… the pre-announcement announcement actually contains some good stuff about the forthcoming third-person shooter and even includes a trailer and some screens.

Details are thin on the ground as we won’t even find out till next week what console(s) it will be appearing on, but what we do know is that the title’s full name is Lead & Gold: Gangs Of The Wild West, and that the game will allow players to slug it out in the usual Wild West scenarios like the Main Street of a frontier town and in a gold mine.

Through Fatshark’s tie up with GRIN, the game will make use of Bionic Commando’s diesel engine to deliver a AAA experience, making heavy use of online team based multiplayer mechanics.
