Vidzone Grabs a Third Exclusive
Placebo appearing this Wednesday.

19Vidzone has been doing pretty well since its release a few months ago, securing exclusive releases, as well as reaching over 1 million users, and 13,000 music videos. This Wednesday will see a new exclusive arrive on the application – 2 tracks from Placebo’s new album: ‘The Never Ending Why’ and ‘Ashtray Heart’.
The Never Ending Why – the latest single from European number one album, Battle For The Sun – uses a semi-surreal narrative to capture the high energy of classic Placebo. Ashtray Heart – taken from the same album – has quickly become a live favourite at the band’s summer gigs.
Ben Creasey, Head of Production at Vidzone goes on to say that the tracks will be available exclusively on PS3′s Vidzone before any television or online debut. With an announcement ready to be made about the service at Gamescom this week, it’s clearly a “watch this space” moment to see what they think of next.
