GT5 Academy Demo Now Available

The GT 5 demo (Academy Time Trial version) is now available from the Japanese PSN Store if you want to get a head start.  The demo, which weights in at 200MB, offers two cars and one track and was ably demonstrated by Peter earlier in the week.  The Japanese version has English menus, but bear in mind I’ve not downloaded it for myself and if it’s anything like the press version it’ll be tied to the account that downloads it.

If that is the case, and that’s an issue for you, we’re reliably informed that the European version will be going live at around 9am anyway, so chances are by the time you read this you might as well just get the local version.  Same demo, mind, but it’s up to you as to whether or not you’re hardcore enough to sit and watch the Japanese version downloading whilst you’re having your Sugar Puffs.  That reminds me, breakfast time!
